THE TOOL IS INSPECTED FOR FINAL PROCESS.THEN THE TOOL IS HEAT TREATED TO A ROCKWELL HARDNESS OF 40-45 THEN TOOL IS BUFFED
AND OILED AND READY FOR PACKAGING..
